Care Bridge Home: Individuals, Groups, and Institutional Membership—Terms and Conditions
  1. Care Bridge Home membership is voluntary.
  2. The members, group, or institution can stop funding or withdraw the membership at any time. It will be appreciated if the member informs Care Bridge Home prior to such membership cancellation.
  3. It is at the final discretion of Care Bridge Home to accept the membership, and the member will receive a formal letter from Care Bridge Home prior to acceptance and/or cancellation of the membership, as the case may be.
  4. Care Bridge Home will keep all members informed of program developments on a regular basis.
  5. Unless it is for a special activity or program, the funds received from members will be used for the program’s day-to-day expenses and employees salaries.
  6. Care Bridge Home will offer a discounted service to the elderly person of the member who is funding regularly, and this will be at the discretion of Care Bridge Home and based on the fund amount and the service requirements.
  7. Any question or clarification regarding the funding or related to the paid fund is requested to be made in writing.
  8. Care Bridge Home has not authorized any person, group, or institution to collect money or spend money on its behalf, and CBH shall not be accountable for any such payment or transaction made other than through our authorized bank account.
  9. Care Bridge Home will accept money only through the company’s official bank account.
  10. All the final decisions and actions related to the membership are at the discretion of Care Bridge Home.
  11. Any dispute related to membership and funding will be addressed based on the company policy and subject to the laws of the state and the country.
