Chief Executive Officer (MA/MSW/PGDHM/BD)

With over 20 years of experience in diverse roles spanning management and senior management, bringing in-depth expertise in program management and socio-economic development projects. Extensive experience in international healthcare and hospital settings, focusing on mental health, aged care, the disability sector, and training. This program reflects a long-standing vision and dedication to supporting seniors, ensuring they receive care while living with dignity and respect. The Care Bridge Home program was designed based on direct international experience and exposure, with the team now being directed to deliver services with quality, consistency, and professionalism.

Georgeson Mathews

Director - IT

Worked as an IT consultant at the Ministry of Finance, Qatar, and have held senior management positions, with extensive experience in project management in IT.

Shiny Santhosh

Manager –Training

BSc, Gnm, with twenty-eight years of experience. Worked as a Nurse Supervisor and Acting Nursing director at Namas General Hospital KSA as well as a Nurse Manager at BCMCH Thiruvalla. Worked extensively as a nursing coach, BSL coach, and diabetes educator (trained from CMC Velloor)

Ann Susan

Quality Assurance and Accreditation

Degree in Psychology from University of Canberra and Masters in Social Work from Western Sydney University, Australia. Over 6 years of experience working as a mental health clinician.

Naijil Paul

Program Manager

BSc Nurse with over 22 years of experience in the UK (United Kingdom). Experienced as a Nursing Manager and Nursing Tutor in super-specialty hospitals, as well as an Aged Care Centre Manager and Training Manager. Possesses over 15 years of direct experience in aged care and disability support services.As an Aged Care Manager and Trainer, brings in-depth expertise in Home care, Residential Care, Palliative Care, Dementia Support, and Mental Health Services. Additionally, has achieved training certifications in various fields relevant to aged care, disability services, and other medical conditions.

Dr. Kuruvilla George

Retired Geriatric Psychiatrist

MBBS, MPhil, DPM, FRANZCP, FRCPsych.

Kuruvilla George (KG) qualified and worked as a geriatric psychiatrist in United Kingdom and recently retired in 2020 as the Director of Aged Persons Mental Health for Eastern
Health in Victoria State in Australia. KG was also the Director of Medical Services at the Peter James Centre, Clinical Professor at Deakin University and Adjunct Associate Professor at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. KG also served as deputy chief psychiatrist for ten years in the
state of Victoria, Australia.

Dr. Manoj C Jacob

Physician (Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care)

MBBS, MD (Internal Medicine-CMC Ludhiana), C.Pall (IAPC), Post-Graduate Dip.Ger.Med. (CMC Vellore), Certificate in Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology (GSI and KB University)

 

25 years’ experience as a physician and extensive experience in geriatric medicine and palliative care.

Dr. Kishore T.A

Senior Consultant - Urology

Fellowship in Robotic Surgery, Fellowship in Urologic Oncology, Fellowship in Endourology, MCh in Urology, DNB in General Surgery, DNB in Urology, MRCS, M S in General Surgery, MBBS.

 

Dr. Kishore, One of the top Urologists in the region, has more than 17+ years of experience in comprehensive management of complex genitourinary diseases. Trained at some of the finest medical institutes in the United States and India, he is an expert in robotic surgery, renal transplantation, urological oncology, advanced endourology and laparoscopic urology. 

Dr. Suzanna Mathew

Certified Coach and Mentor

Dr. Suzanna Mathew has over 35 years of experience in public health and medical education. Currently, she is working as a certified Coach, Group Facilitator, and Mentor based in Kochi. As a communicable disease consultant in the  United Kingdom (UK), Suzanna received the Outstanding Contribution to the Faculty of Public Health UK award for developing the Specialist Training Curriculum as well as being the education supervisor of the year on two occasions.
